It's the TPS. Reset the TPS. If the TPS is out by 2% it thinks the throttle is being applied even when it is not. That won't allow you to change modes. 100% guarantee thats what it will be. Will also cause the erratic idle. Go to a dealer or get a GS911 and reset the TPS. Seen this a few times.

Achei isso em um forum da internet.

Vc conhece algum mecânico que tenha o GS911?

Se conhecer algum tente fazer o procedimento de RESET do TPS.
